The purpose of therapy is to increase a person's understanding of self, reduce the level of internal or external conflict and achieve personal growth.
Therapy provides a space for the individual to express in a safe environment where a person can be oneself, all of it, every part of it. It provides a window to oneself and how we interact with our environment and those around us. It facilitates with skills and techniques to grow confidence, regulation and self-love and decrease negative mental health symptoms causing conflict in all aspects of life.
Traditional Healing
The goal of traditional healing is to provide an individual with harmony and balance between the body, mind and spirit. Traditional healing offers a holistic view of wellness and wellbeing, both within the individual, and between the individual and the environment.
Traditional healing is a combination of ancient knowledge and practices used to maintain the harmony and balance as well as the improvement of overall health.
Traditional healing is not therapy.
